Location: Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our international team.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement business sales strategies, developing new leads and build client relations;
  • Maintain highest standard of excellence in client service in line with company business strategy;
  • Provide clients with regular market updates, endeavoring to understand our clients’ financial needs and recommending appropriate wealth management products accordingly;
  • Work with Marketing Dept to develop lead generation campaigns;
  • Participate in launching and promoting new financial products;
  • Provide financial planning and advisory services aligning to clients’ needs and investment profile;
  • Understand customers’ banking and financial needs and recommend suitable solutions to meet these needs;
  • Demonstrate strong ability to self-source, develop new business by actively prospecting for new clients and referrals, and leveraging your existing network to generate New to Bank leads.

Required skills:

  • 5+ years’ work experience in Wealth Management/Banking/Investment industry;
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products;
  • A business network to build a sales pipeline (HNWI, Private Wealth Management, Asset Managers, Fund Managers, Family Offices, and private investors);
  • Ability to communicate confidently, effectively and persuasively, over the phone, in writing, and face-to-face;
  • Strong presentation & negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work independently and within teams;
  • Have an external focus and a real passion for Sales and Business Development;
  • Ability to take ownership of all facets of the sales process;
  • Excellent relationship management, client & customer management skills.
