Job Summary:

CVM head will lead strategy and realization of personalization in Magnit, incl. promo offers & communication. We expect you to drive extra GMV from traffic, uplift & churn segments, based on ML models and also segmented offers on business rules. You’ll be business leader of this stream, managing P&L and team 50+ people (CVM & CRM team + DS team dotted line reporting)


To scale CVM for Magnit customers, improving both relevance & effectiveness, unlock traffic & churn segments potential to drive LFL effect for total Magnit via visit frequency growth

  • Proven leadership experience in marketing, with a successful track record in strategic brand management and customer acquisition.
  • Demonstrated ability in enhancing Customer Value Propositions and effectively managing marketing budgets.
  • Strong capability in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of analytics, market dynamics, and customer insights.
  • Exceptional strategic, creative, and analytical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of inspiring a team and working across functions.
