Responsibilities:

  • Leads the ideation, builds deployment and adoption of technical solutions centered around critical digital transformation priorities;

  • Integrates how the big picture of the digital initiatives comes together from definition to implementation on implications across the business;

  • Influences digital functional business strategies to ensure the right initiatives are undertaken and the benefits are being fully realized throughout the Company;

  • Manages a pool of IT providers which are responsible for the execution of transformation projects and initiatives;

  • Collaborates globally and cross-functionally with business partners across diverse functions to enable transformation;

  • Ensures effective stakeholder engagement and communications;

  • Keeps management team aware of any red flags concerning timing, budget, integration of process;

  • gives advice and counsels leaders without owning the project to ensure the steps, tracking and expectations are consistent;

  • facilitates resolution of complex, cross-functional issues, related to digital, with leadership team;

  • finds, researches, and advocates for adoption of innovation and best practices, drives implementation of global best practices for data storage and management;

  • Leads online capability building across the hub to raise the digital capabilities and skills of everyone, in order to create a digital first one organization;

  • Constantly seeks out innovation in the digital space and identify new opportunities for the business to drive growth and meet objectives;

Requirements:

  • Driven by achieving business results, commercially and analytically strong;

  • Service oriented with a proactive mindset;

  • Willing and able to go off the beaten track of the CP organization, processes and culture, enthusiastic about setting up something new;

  • Affinity and passion in digital and eCommerce, able to learn fast and continuously improve;

  • Excellent communication skills, able to forge alliances & align stakeholders;

  • Proven team leadership skills and an effective problem solver;

  • Agile way of working (able to adapt quickly) and looking forward to building an agile organization;

  • Capable of inspiring, winning confidence and raising consensus at all levels: peers, executives, team members;

  • Can do attitude, self-starter, capable of working in a fast-paced corporate environment without full guidance;

  • Resilient and confident;

  • 10+ years of progressive experience with a strong knowledge of systems and cross functional processes to include change leadership/ business transformation/ Program Management with go-to market support;

  • English – at least upper intermediate;

  • ability to work independently and with a cross functional teams;

  • strong leadership skills and desire to take on additional responsibility in the future;
