Responsibilities:

Leads the ideation, builds deployment and adoption of technical solutions centered around critical digital transformation priorities;

Integrates how the big picture of the digital initiatives comes together from definition to implementation on implications across the business;

Influences digital functional business strategies to ensure the right initiatives are undertaken and the benefits are being fully realized throughout the Company;
-
Manages a pool of IT providers which are responsible for the execution of transformation projects and initiatives;
-
Collaborates globally and cross-functionally with business partners across diverse functions to enable transformation;
-
Ensures effective stakeholder engagement and communications;
-
Keeps management team aware of any red flags concerning timing, budget, integration of process;
-
gives advice and counsels leaders without owning the project to ensure the steps, tracking and expectations are consistent;
-
facilitates resolution of complex, cross-functional issues, related to digital, with leadership team;
-
finds, researches, and advocates for adoption of innovation and best practices, drives implementation of global best practices for data storage and management;

Leads online capability building across the hub to raise the digital capabilities and skills of everyone, in order to create a digital first one organization;

Constantly seeks out innovation in the digital space and identify new opportunities for the business to drive growth and meet objectives;
Requirements:

Willing and able to go off the beaten track of the CP organization, processes and culture, enthusiastic about setting up something new;

10+ years of progressive experience with a strong knowledge of systems and cross functional processes to include change leadership/ business transformation/ Program Management with go-to market support;

English – at least upper intermediate;

ability to work independently and with a cross functional teams;

strong leadership skills and desire to take on additional responsibility in the future;
